Biography

I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Linguistics in the Department of Linguistics at UIUC. I earned my Ph.D. in linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh, where I held an Andrew Mellon Predoctoral Fellowship for my dissertation project.

My research focuses on second language acquisition and processing, psycholinguistics, and experimental linguistics. I approach these fields with an interdisciplinary mindset, blending formal linguistic theory with psycholinguistic frameworks and employing diverse research methodologies to explore linguistic phenomena.
