Biography
Jin Pennell is a Lecturer and Curriculum Coordinator at Illinois ESL in the Department of Linguistics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She teaches courses on academic writing, business writing, and pronunciation for international students. She also oversees ESL writing curriculum and materials development and provides instructor training and supervision. Before coming to UIUC, she taught EFL in public schools in her home country, South Korea.
