Biography
Born on a palindromic date in the Year of the Rat
Grew up in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, went to an American school
Studied on both coasts before moving to the flatland
Studied in Germany and Spain, volunteered in the Netherlands and Honduras
Ventured to Armenia and South Africa somewhere along the way
Language aficionado (¿cómo no?) but have other interests too: Palestinian-Israeli issues, gay rights, the arts
